Firefox Javascript problem.
So I turn my PC on today and go to youtube to watch a video I was sent and received this error message:
![]() "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player." Well, I clicked on where it said "Click here to get the latest flash player" etc and downloaded it, installed it and everything and it's the same. So then I went into tools on firefox and see that Enable Javascript and Java are both clicked which leaves me stumped. I have no idea what's wrong. Any ideas? |

Re: Firefox Javascript problem.
I'd be inclined to disable NoScript just to narrow down the problem.
Tools/Add-ons>Disable NoScript. Restart FF and try those sites. If that's not it then it does sound like a Flash Player problem. I'd download and run the uninstaller for Flash, reboot then install the latest version. http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...nalId=tn_14157 http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash

Re: Firefox Javascript problem.
Right-click the NoScript icon in the status bar and allow the website. Then right-click the icon again and select Options. Click the Plugins tab and remove the checkmarks from Forbid Java, Flash and Other Plugins.
