new here but in trouble

Hi New here and in trouble. This may not be the right place to post this but i cannot find an alternative.

British users. I have changed isp to the dreaded talk talk. using mozilla firefox browser. since changing to talk talk i cannot sign in to ebay. after entering user name and password screen goes blank and stays like it for ever. at the bottom is says waiting for ebay. i can log onto other secure sites like banking but not ebay. it's beginning to annoy me.

Re: new here but in trouble

haha my friend i am also a talktalk "valued" customer, they do the same thing to me, just keep refreshing the page or something, its quite annoying isn't it? basically i had many words with a talktalk representative (after haaving waited on their phoneline for ages) and got fobbed off with "look at the FAQ" the problem is nothing to do with you, its to do with talk talk, the same happened to me with any site in which i had to log in (e.g. myspace, livemail [hotmail at the time], any forum).
Ironically theres nothing you can do,
i've tried, (about 6-8 months back i tried) and i'm sure they've tied you into at least a years contract right?

Funny thing is TalkTalk and AOL are now the same thing, and before i was on AOL and it sucked, then i moved to talktalk, and they combined forces to drag me into a years contract then give me shocking service.

Sorry, i definately feel your pain (every day).
Jamey

p.s. you'll find that the same thing doesn't happen in vista? i haven't got a clue why, but vista seemed unaffected by this (but in XP there will be times when things work fine then there will be times when things dont work at all)
