Mozilla/safari can not load
I have not been able to run Mozilla and also safari on my PC xp. I get the message "Mozillafirefox (or safarai).exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have reinstalled service packs reinstalled on several occasions but still no use.
Any ideas? |

Re: Mozilla/safari can not load
Hi,
Maybe extension problems? Open Fire fox in Safe Mode - Start > Programs > Firefox > Firefox (Safe Mode) - now open the Add-On's manager and disable all your extensions. Close Firefox. Open Firefox normally and re-enable your extensions one or two at a time until you discover the problematic extension. |
