Thunderbird won't load...
I recently have discovered a problem with Thunderbird. I'm moderately tech-savvy, or at least I usually don't have to ask anyone to fix an issue, but I'm stumped with this one. Randomly Thunderbird started crashing whenever I wanted to load it, so I uninstalled it and tried a fresh install of the latest version. That didn't fix the problem at all. It successfully installs Thunderbird, but when I begin the program it crashes and I get an error message telling me that Thunderbird has stopped working. I am unable to fully open the program before I get this message.
I'm wondering if this is virus related because I know Thunderbird is a relatively simple program and have been using it for years. Any idea as to how to fix this? |
