Preferences Not Saved
![]() Hello, I've using Firefox for about 3 years without any problems.....until now! I can't save any preferences for Google, Yahoo, etc, etc. When I saved them, they are gone when I restart Firefox. I'm using Firefox Version 2.0.0.5, with Windows XP Pro. In the options I have the "Accept cookies from sites" checked "Until they expire". I don't have this problem with Internet Explored v7.0, all preferences are saved OK. Any help with correcting this problem will be appreciated. Thank you. |

Re: Preferences Not Saved
Hello and welcome to TSF
![]() Open up Firefox, and click on Tools, Options, click on the tab Privacy, look underneath Cookies and what does it say? Also look under Private Data and make sure the first box is not selected. Hope this helps. |

Re: Preferences Not Saved
Hello from AZ and thank you for your reply.
Under Cookies I have "Accept cookies from sites" "Until they expire" and the 1st box under Private Data is not selected. That's the setting I had...but still no cigar. |
