Settings, bookmarks and more are gone/rest

I put my computer on standby(firefox wasnt running at the time) when i came back on my computer and logged in and opened firefox, everything was messed up. It acted like it was the first time i opened it and google toolbar did the same thing. However, the version is the 2.0.0.4. All my bookmarks are gone, though i can see them through the bookmakr backups. I didnt know about that Mozbackup program until now and have no backup of my profile. I tried doing system restore but that did nothing. Is there anyway to restore my profile and if im not able to is there anyway to reinsert my bookmarks(also all my rss feeds are gone)
