Hi

First which version do you have (Help>About)? Make sure to have the latest, 2.0.0.4.

Secondly, have you tried opening Firefox Safe Mode? (it can be found along with Fx start menu entry).

Run that and post back if you still meet the same error.

Re: mozilla fire fox s;ow start up

Firefox has always been slower to open than IE, because IE has most of its components already loaded when you start Windows, the browser being heavily integrated into the operating system. One thing that will slow down Firefox starting up is extensions (add-ons). How many do you have installed and activated?

Re: mozilla fire fox s;ow start up

Firefox is known to load pages faster but start-up slower. It's something like equal exchange. Faster loadpage speed, slower start up. Or faster start up, slower load page speed
