[SOLVED] What is with the new Google home page?

I was used to having the choices of search options right above the bar, but now it seems they all moved to the upper left corner. Is this how it looks for everyone?

I didn't know where else to post this, so I figured i'd post it here since I use Firefox.

It's part of what's called iGoogle.

It's supposed to give people with Google accounts a greater sense of unity between all of Google's services.
