Disabling File Download on Firefox

hey guys in IE you can disable file download. can this also be done on Firefox?

Not that I can find, The only thing I could find is for it not to show the download window.

Why do you want to disable downloads?

If you do that, you might not be able to enable again.

Good point and also in your other thread when you want to reinstall IE, you will need to download it again.

Well in our office in the production network downloading is a big no no...
