Question Firefox Downloads: A Simple Question..

If I were to cancel a download mid-way or what have you in Firefox on Vista...

Would the files that were received and downloaded be erased automatically upon cancel?

Or, would I have fragments left over? And, if you do, is there any program that removes such?? (If needed..?)

Thanks. =)

They will be there, downloaded in fragments yes. It depends really, on the size of what you've downloaded. Some will remain while others will not.

Just set the "download location" to desktop, and you'll see everything that is undergoing or was downloaded each time, and to clear the downloads, browser cache, saved passwords, cookies, browser history, saved sessions, saved form data in input fields and temporary files, you can delete all that by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del, have the appropriate boxes checked and choose "Clear Private Data Now".

All shall be done as you command.
