How to manage two set of email filters?

hi,
i setup filters on my yahoo email account. And i also setup filters in thunderbird. And i found out that thunderbird is only able to retrieve emails from the original inbox in yahoo. Can thunderbird collect mails from all filtered folders on yahoo and then sort them? 'coz i wanna keep both set of filters so that my mails are organized whether i access them thru yahoo or thru thunderbird.

I believe the POP service only access the remote InBox. However, can you tell set the yahoo rules to COPY instead of MOVE?
