Character Encoding and specific option
When ever I try to choose a specific option [ for instance Hebrew (Windows-1255) ] from "character encoding" under View , it revert to the default value [Western (ISO-8859-1) ], how can I make the change permanent ?
Although I have changed the settings: Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > Default Character Encoding Without any success |
