duplicated finder

Hi all, i hope you can help me on a Mac Os issue.
Days a go I think i typed a combination of commands that actually duplicated few voices in my apple window on the top menu.
Now I've 2 Restart, 2 Shut down and 2 Log out, and besides that sometimes on my screen i've got annoying black frame.
There's anyone know how to fix it or do I hae to reinstall everything?

first, what version of the os, and the specs of the mac, ie ram, cpu, model. second, can u post any screenshots? i have never heard of this.
