New mac
I just installed mac os x 10.5.7 on laptop. However when it boots it keeps giving me the message " still waiting for root device" what should i do now?

Sorry, we don't help with installing OS X on non-Apple hardware, and this is an error unique to OS X on hardware that isn't a Mac.
Ask for any more help and you will get an infraction.
