Entourage

I am having one Apple Mac machine we are using entourage mail client with exchange 2003. We are facing a problem with the same. The database crashes almost every 2 months. There are five mail boxes and the database size is about 5 gb (currently). Every time the database crashes, we have to reconfigure all the five mail ids and to douwnload all the mails it takes about one full day. This is a frequent issue.

Another issue is when we open entourage it prompts for login name, password and domain name. some times it prompts for 3-4 times. even without putting the details, just click OK, entourage works. Any suggestions??

Yeah I haven not had a lot of success using Entourage. I am no Mac expert, so I cannot really help, but I have just been using the Mail application and it has worked wonderfully.
