I have an Apple MacBook with Mac OSX 10.5.6, and I was wanting to buy a new game for it... well it's actually my first game for it. It was The Sims 3 to be precise. I checked the system requirements for it, and have everything (need to update to version 10.5.7 though). However, I only have 512MB of ram and I think 1GB is required. I really wanted to buy this game, but am disappointed that I don't have the correct system requirements. I was wanting to know if there was any chance that the game would still work with these system specifications, and if not, if there is any chance I could increase my RAM somehow without having to splash out lots of money...

Please help, i really want this game, and will be soooo disappointed if I can't get it. I know it's not out in the UK until friday, and it is available on the Mac as well by the way... Thanks

Are you sure that your Macbook has the correct video card. With it only having 512MB RAM, I'm betting it has Intel graphics, which means it will not run the game. But for RAM, it's easy to get more, I recommend Macsales.com.
