I got a message that said my Entourage database might be damaged and followed the instruction to "verify" the database to see if it needed rebuilding. The Micosoft Database Utility. I only asked to verify the file. When the app finished it said there was no problem with the database but it replace my current database with one that is two months old so I have lost emails, appointments, etc. for the past two months. Hopefully my original file still exist on my hard drive and can be recovered.
Also when the utility indicates that it is only to verify, why does it replace the database? I am using Entourage from Windows Office 2008. Thanks, Don Last edited by don0344; 05-20-2009 at 10:09 AM. |
