Power BOOks
I just got a power book G4 15' and I notice that it was running a little slow and I was wondering if it would run faster I upgraded the RAM from 512mb to 2gb. Or does the processor speed matter too?
And could any one send me some links on where I can get ram? and does regular ddr ram work or does it have to be special mac ram? |

Re: Power BOOks
Yes, maxing the RAM will help it some. The best place I have found for getting RAM, or anything else for Mac upgrades, is OtherWorldComputing. And when they say lifetime warranty on the house brand RAM, they do mean lifetime.
