MAC issues

Hello! First of all, I don't have a MAC PC. I am currently working for a VOIP company as a technical support representative. I have no problems dealing with Windows XP and Vista. But we are all having a hard time supporting Mac issues as the company has not given us instructions on how to solve Mac issues. And this leads us not to give effort on assisting a mac-user client because we have to admit, mac is far complicated than the windows interface. I hope I will get a lot of information here as I do not want my customers to continue on having problems with our product. I really want to help these people coz I for myself, doesn't want to experience problems with items I just bought.

Anyway, here are the things I need:

1. Can someone please list all the intel-based mac computers available?
2. Please give a guide on how to disable mac's firewall in all intel-based mac computers
3. Please give a guide on how to open ports on all intel-based mac computers
4. Please give a guide on how to add trusted sites on all intel-based mac computers
5. In Windows, we can add Preferred/Alternate DNS server for Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). How do we do this on intel-based mac computers? Please give me a guide
6. In Windows, we can set our PC to accept all cookies, how do we do this on intel-based mac computers?

I know this is really a long and hard work. But it's okay, I can wait for days, weeks, or even months. I would really appreciate your help.
