The Bookmarks And History On All My Web Browsers Disappeared, Please Helpppp

My bookmarks (thousands!!) and history vanished on all six of my web browsers after I cleaned up my mac computer, to get rid of programs I don't use. The web browsers are acting like they are newly installed (one of them even said when I opened it, "congratulations for installing version___"! I deleted programs I wasn't using, but I didn't touch the web browsers....! HELP! How do I get them back????

How did you delete the programs and clean up your Mac?

Just by selecting files and sending them to the trash, then emptying the trash.

Did you delete anything out of the System folder, or any Library folder?
