I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it
This is weird, because I don't know how to explain the problem. I was using my MacBook late last night, and fell asleep, when i woke in the morning it had shut off on its on, or sleep, so i tapped the power button to turn it on again, but when i did, it prompted me for my password as usuall, but when i entered my user account, nothing would come up on the screen. The only thing showing is the little magnifying glass on the top bar in the right hand corner, and whenever i scrolled over it, it would give me the rainbow circle letting me know its doing something but never showed anything. I signed on to my guest account and it works fine, whats wrong with my personal account?

Re: I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it
The rainbow circle means that the Mac is thinking, or doing something, and you just need to wait it out. If after 5 minuets it's still doing it, then you just need to either push and hold the power button to force the Mac to shutdown, or pull the battery and unplug it. Then turn the Mac back on. If it starts happening more often, then there is something you have plugged into one of the ports, or some software you have installed and running, that does not work well with the Mac trying to sleep.
