Switching

hello all,
Well I see that switching to Mac may not be such a good thing after all. Are there any other major issues that I need to know about before I decide to make the move?

I was wanting to run my XP on the Mac anyhow, I think there is a way to use both. That way I can install a clean copy of it and reload what I need from there.

Its not bad if you are going to a new Mac. What are your plans for the Mac, so we can advice you the best.

hello again,
Well, I want to be able to use my Adobe Creative Suite 2, for graphics but I am not into gaming at all. I would need good capabilities for photoshop, storing photos and so on.

Thanks for any tips on which machine to buy!

Well, Adobe's software started out on the Mac, so you can get Mac versions. iPhoto comes with every Mac, and it works at photo sorting. Are you needing it to be portable?
