Western Digital USB 80 Gig Drive

The removable drive I've been using for the last 4 years suddenly crapped out when I went to restarrt my Mac G5 (after it froze up).

Here's the message:

(Stop Sign)
Disk Insertion
The Disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.

Initialize
Ignore
Eject

Am I screwed?

May have to reformat the disk, see if it's works on another computer!
