File sharing (sort of)
Hi, I have a PC with a DMG image of iLife '06, that is about 6GB in size, I would like to install some of the applications on a G3 iMac that I have, but the biggest "External Hard Drive" I have is my 4GB iPod nano. Could someone outline any ways I can get the file over to my iMac, or just have it there temporarily, like step-by-step, it is pretty important and has to be done by tonight.

Re: File sharing (sort of)
Well, first off, you shouldn't have iLife as a .dmg, as it never came that way. Secondly, the system requirements for iLife 06 is a G4 or better CPU. You're G3 will not work even if you do get it copied over.

Re: File sharing (sort of)
Oh damn, this is wicked bad. Oh, a friend gave me the file after he ripped it from the actual DVD, I know it's illegal, but I figure I've already given Apple enough of my money (5 Macs to date, 3 iPods).
