Firmware upgrade G3 OS8 to OS9
I have been upgrading a couple of G3 300 I have running OS8.5 to OS9.1 so they'll print to a new printer. One took the upgrade from a G4 9.1 Install CD I have with no problem. The other says it requires a firmware upgrade and I should go to the CD Extras folder on the install CD to find it. I can't see anything that seems to be a firmware upgarde. Should I be looking for something else?

download it from apple here. the firmware has to updated to this version to run os 9 or os x.
