memory for mac mini
Hi Mac experts,
Does anyone see any reason why this memory wouldn't work in a mac mini? System: 1.83 ghz intel core duo, currently 1 gig, guessing two 512 sticks, and Tiger. Thanks for any thoughts. Casey http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148086

well, from apple's tech specs for that mini, it takes sdram, not so-dimms, so that ram will not work. a great place to get ram for macs is here at owc.

check this out. they sure look like so-dimms. so i guess its up to you where to get the ram. i know for experience that owc has really good customer support. i had to return ram for my desktop to them once, and they took care of me. also with getting a used ibook too, the 1st was bad, and they swapped it out, with one that was better too! and i hear newegg is good to.
