iPhoto = poo
I just bought myself an older iBook (G3, 500Mhz, the dual USB model) and imported a bunch of pictures from my digital camera using iPhoto. I was browsing through them today and playing with the B/W and Sepia effects. I clicke on the arrow at the top to advance when it started to automatically SAVE the changes I had made. It didn't ask if I wanted to or if I wanted to revert. It just saved. For reasons I do not know the memory card in my camera decided to format itself this afternoon as so the original is gone. Is there a solution?

Re: iPhoto = poo
yes my son, its really simple, as iphoto never throws anything away. select the photo you want to restore to its original pixelated glory and goto the menu "photos>revert to original". or control click (right click) on the photo and select revert to original, and walla, its back to the way it was when you imported it the first time.
and yes, that bugs me as well that it doesn't ask if you want to save the changes you made, so i feel your pain.
