Q1.When I installed Redhat linux i cant play the mp3 and mpeg video files. Then installed later the fedora core 3 linux.The same happened again.
Q2.I have the .tar file of Wine Windows Emulator .When i finished installing it Then i can execute the small windows programs such as flash files.How can i execute large games Windows games on linux .Name the software required and from where i get it (Give me the site address).Any info will be greatly appreciable |

You could download mplayer and mplayer-plugins (or whatever it is. I haven't done it a while and I'm on Windows.)

Support for windows-based gaming is still quite limited in Linux. There is an installable application that allows you to play many, but not all windows-based games. It's called Cedega, and the link is here. To get the application, you must contribute some $$ but it's not too much. It's actually a membership, and it entitles you to some input as to what games get supported.
