Hello everybody,
I was wondering if anyone could help me getting through a huge doubt I have. I'm just about to buy myself a new Asus notebook (the "A6VA-Q067H" model). Problem is, I need to know if the internal 56K modem, assembled onto the motherboard, is provided with Linux support or, at least, its manufacturer(s) provide drivers on the net. That's because I've already had hard troubles in the past, and there was no way to overcome this empasse: the Linux OS wasn't even able to recognise the 56K modem... Can anyone help me, at least giving informations about which 56K manufactures supply to Asus for notebooks? Thank you in advance! |
