windows & linux on the same partition ... want to remove linux
Hi every body,
I have windows xp along with linux Xandros on the same partition. Now, after some problems with Xandros want to remove it. But the usual way of formatting will not be ideal since I have windows on the same partition with linux. Now, what could be the proper way to follow. PS: I don't know if this should be concerned with windows ppl or linux ppl, because it seems to fit in both areas. |

Heres a link on how to remove Linux
Link At the end it tells you to install Windows. Instead, boot into the Recovery Console, then type "fixmbr" without the quotes. There may be an easier/safer way to do this. There also may be some other steps to take to recover the space I would suggest Googling first |
