Do you already have Windows on your computer? If not, just insert the windows install disk and it'll reformat for you. If you run windows and linux, boot into windows and delete the linux partition (with a program like partition magic). Boot into the windows disk and run "Repair" there. It will set your MBR to point to windows.

I tried to do that but didnt work!
I dont have windows installed on my linux computer and when i go into the win98 cd it couldnt reformat all the way. it is strage. i even tried to reformat through another computer as it being a slave drive and it still didnt work
