You may want to configure an NTP server so that both operating systems can synchronize and keep the same time.

I assume your Netware server is running as a Master time server.

I assume this is the same for all versions of linux but the two files I edit on my server are /etc/ntp.conf and /etc/ntp/step-tickers. Also make sure ntpd is set to run on bootup.
