backup of linux from novell netware

i have one RedHat linux 7.1 server and one novell server. my backup device (cartriaged) attached to linux server is not working and i want to use my backup device attached to novell server from my linux server . is it possible?
if yes then how?

You can mount Netware Volumes from a Linux machine but I dont think you could mount the tape drive from the Netware server to the linux machine.
