cant install apps - GPG key...

I'm trying to install XMMS on Fedora 3.0, but when I run install command I get a message going on about requiring a GPG key.. any ideas?

Yeah, drop Red Hat and use something that works

But seriously now, I'm guessing your trying to use an RPM or Up2Date. Have you tried downloading it with yum?

Redhat Has Now Been Officially Release Back to the public, so try YUM to update it...
