I'm gonna use QTParted, and was wondering if I should make my FC3 partition 10 gig's......

I don't know how much FC3 requires...do you do a lot of downloading? If so, you may want to consider giving FC less..like maybe 7 or 8 depending on how much more it takes than redhat 9. I gave mine 10 with a 150GB hard drive; it only used 2 or so for the install.

you prob wont even need 10 gigs depending on what you do so if you like to download alot in windows then only use 6 or 7 for fc.
also your fs is ntfs and last time i tried qtparted it wouldnt work with that filesystem and i had to use partition magic

OK thread solved, I used Partition Magic (which I got for a steal, $50, with a 30 dollar mail-in-rebate)!!!!!
I now have FC3 dual booted with my Windoze.....

Actually, that's a lie. I never downloaded Partition Magic. That's about the one thing I never pirated. I'm getting better though.
