I am installing Redhat 9 on my HP Pavillon ze5155 and redhat says that i have a "unknown monitor type" where can i find drivers for this? what can i select? sometimes my monitor will work with linux other times it boots and then i just get a blank screen, what can i do?

You need to figure out what your monitor is capable of doing with vert and horiz sync. You can usually get away with using generic monitor settings. I have to do that with my NEC Accusync 97f .. but since I know its vert and horiz sync settings I can configure X to work with it :) Let me know if you need additional help.
