USB Thumbdrive

I have FC3 and an old computer. I'm trying to mount a usb thumbdrive and when i insert it i get no reading on it and i'm trying to mount it. What is the /dev name for it, i've tryed looking in the /dev folder for sda, sdb or usb, but neither show up... I also can't find anything in the fstab or mtab folder for usb... so can anyone help me please...

You should find it in /mnt as it is treated as a drive.

Did you modify the fstab file.

ya, i tryed to modify the mtab and fstab and neither helped, the IRC channel told me to add nolapic to the grub, and at one time it worked, but for some reason it won't anymore.
