Network Problem
I partitioned my hardrive and installed ubuntu and windows7. The ubuntu is giving me network probrelms. It does not access inter or intranet. But the network is fine on the windows side. I have a Mecer Bravo, 80gig, 512mb ram.
Whats Wrong?

The network drivers are probably missing. Open up a terminal, and run the command 'lspci'. Report what output the command gives.

What have you tried exactly (browsers, Thunderbird, chat, etc.)? Is this a wireless or ethernet connection? It may help to have the output from the following commands (post in code brackets):
ifconfig -a lspci lsmod ping -c 5 website.com where website.com is any site you know you should be able to access.
