xp to Linux

i have toshiba satellite A100 laptop with win xp and i like to change it to linux where can i get the appropriate drivers for linux?

OS: Fedora 11, Mandriva-09.1, Debian Testing, OS X 10.4.11 & WinVista SP1

Try a linux livecd to see how one works with that model. Ubuntu, Mandriva One, Fedora & some others offers livecds. You should be able to install from the livecd also.

Linux distos do not require drivers as such. Pick the one best optimized for your usage and pc specs.

Download a Linux distro of your choice and try the LiveCD. A popular distro is Ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com/).

Most drivers are included with the OS. If a specific device does not work, we can help you find the appropriate drivers.
