Linux hangs during booting

I have dual boot FC9/Win Xp in my desktop computer. when I turn on the computer On viewing the Details, i saw initialization was going correctly and almost at the end of progress bar.

The System hangs after this Screen & ends up with a Cursor(with no loading Symbol) and a Blue Screen.

can anybody pls help me how to fix it?????

Hi,

Can you give us a time frame of how long this has been happening. Have you updated lately or installed any software before this started that might have caused a hang? Anything that might be causing it to hang, has windows updated or changed in anyway that might change the files too?

windows Xp is running.
no i have not installed any software. I turned off PC in eve with good condition and when I came back next day morning I found this prob.

It happens after end up of booting progress bar and before Desktop appear with a cursure on screen. It shows the moving circle on the cursure and after few second cursure disappear from screen and expected that Desktop will come but cursure comes again with moving circle. and this happens in loop.
