Access Windows Shared Files

I have a win xp home computer and a fedora 10 computer which has samba installed. I can access my samba share from within windows, but when I am in the network window and I browse to my xp machine it asks for a password to get into it, I have no idea what to do.

I am kind of new too linux

Have you tried using the password that you used for your shared files or the password you use when logging into windows .. and if you haven't got one .. WHY NOT ??
