I need help in ubuntu 9.04 agan.

How do I update or upgrade wine. I have wine 1.01 version and i works fine, but when i play ten pin championship bowling pro it's slow and it lags. Do i have to configure my graphics card in xorg.conf or do i have to use playonlinux. I have playonlinux installed, but my the game wont work through it. My graphics card is ati radeon 320m. My vga driver is a ati radeon mobility u1. When i go to lspci in ubuntu i dont know what to configure in xorg.conf for my card this it what it shows in lspci
