First, I need you to take a breath. In through the nose and out the mouth. Next I need you to not write all in caps, internet isn't the end-all in the world.

I need to know a little more about your computer. Are you connecting wirelessly, with an ethernet cord, or through dial-up? I also need to know what you have tried so far. This way we won't have to try the same thing twice.
