Linux OS on Compaq CQ50 laptops
Hi? i bought a Compaq CQ50 laptop The problem with the laptop is that you cannot install Linux OS.Also the Laptop cannot install any earier versions of Windows eg XP_sp2 or XP_sp3.
please someone help! Imagin Guys the laptop can only install Windows Vista and i would like to change to XP coz Vista has poor performance! |

Describe your problem and what you've tried. What distribution were you trying to install? What are the exact error messages you've received? Were you completely replacing what is on the laptop now?
It sounds like you want to install Windows XP as well. We need a better idea of what operating systems you want on your computer.
