cannot connect to the internet
I have a Motorola SURFboard SB5120 USB CABLE MODEM. When i tried to install the software for my modem it goes through like a test first and i past every test except one.... the test that i fail in says
"Active USB Port - Error" I had made sure that everything is plug in about 20 times and i even tried proceeding with the installation but when i get to where it test the connection between my modem and my computer it will sit there for about 10 minutes then it will say that it cannot connect. |

According to Motorola's website, your cable modem isn't supported under Linux.
