Where to get linux Debian

I would like to try linux and I found out that debian was free. I was wondering if any of you might know where I might be able to download this OS. Thanks

Be careful when partitioning the hard drive. Use free space. If it don't seem right, ask first!

All distributions of Linux are free to download.

It is part of the Open sourse definition here

and the distributions of Linux you see that are for sale they come with a super fat manual that has everything you may ever need to know (you are buying the manual not the Linux).
