I need to get the s video to work on my laptop is there anyone out there with an idea how to do that??? I am new to Linux so any help would be appreciated.

The driver makes a difference in set up.
Would you run the following commands and post the output of both here: Code:
cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf lspci
