OS: Red Hat linux 5


USB mount

hello team

I am using Red hat linux 5, and I want to mount the USB drive as a permanent mount, but I am not succeeded ,
I am edited fstab file and mentioned everything but it wont work properly
If i want to access the usb drive, enter the graphic mode and double click
the USB drive is necessary
So please any one help me with how to mount the usb drive in Console mode

Restart your computer and leave your USB in while it boots. That is what I did.
