OS: windows XP professional, Fedora 8.0

I have installed Fedora 8.0 in my computer recently. I am not getting how to connect to net using wireless mode.Please show me the way.

Re: how to get net in Fedora 8.0 OS
Hi,
Can you go the the Network Manager, to get there right-click on the two computers at the top, then choose Edit Connections. From there you will get a Network Connections box. Next click on the wireless tab, and see if you have any connections. If you do see if you can connect to one of them. If that doesn't work you can try a method through terminal. To do this you will need to type this into terminal. Code:
iwlist wlan0 scan See if either of those options work, and we can go from there. Cheers!
