[SOLVED] Alt locked in Ubuntu 8.10

I'm not really terrific with keyboard shortcuts. I think I pressed something that made the Alt key lock. Now, whenever I click a window, Ubuntu automatically thinks I want to move it somewhere. Anyone have any idea how to get rid of this?

Re: Alt locked in Ubuntu 8.10

Try ALT+F7 -- that's the shortcut to move a window in Gnome. If that doesn't work, I would take a look at System > Preferences and look at Keyboard Shortcuts.

Re: Alt locked in Ubuntu 8.10

This issue has been resolved. After trying what Rome5 said, and still having the problem, I went into my Compiz settings manager, and realized that something had changed the 'grab window' shortcut from 'Alt + Button 1' to just 'Button 1'.
